Lula’s Dancin’ Chicken

This is a fullproff vertically roasted beer can chicken with tons of flavor. This is a dish that can be carved table side and served as entree or used as a star ingredient in chicken salad.
Ingredients
- Basil
- Rosemary
- Oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 (3 pound) whole chicken
Directions
- Chop Basil, Rosemary, Oregano, and mix with olive oil, salt and pepper.
- Rub the mixture under the skin of the chicken. Put olive oil on the skin of the chicken.
- Place the chicken in a smoker at 225 degrees F until the internal tempurature is 165 degrees F.
