Baby Back Ribs

Ingredients

  • Rib Rub
  • pork baby back ribs
  • Brown sugar

Directions

  1. remove membrane from the back of ribs.
  2. liberally coat both sides of ribs with rub and let sit for 2 hours.
  3. place ribs on smoker at 225 degrees F for 4 hours or until ribs are tender and internal temperature isĀ  160 degrees F
