Welcome to Wilbur’s BBQ

This is the home of ” Wilbur’s Been Smokin’ Somethin’ ” competition cooking team. The team was formed in 2011 and will be competing for the first time during the 2012 season.

Before we begin our competition schedule we must first have a smoker. You can keep track of the progress of Project Rolling Smoke as we build our competition rig.

We plan on competing in several events sanctioned by the Georgia Barbecue Association, as well as a couple sanctioned by the Kansas City Barbeque Society. We will post dates of events as we register, as well as results after the event.

If you ever attend one of the events where we are competing, please stop by and say hello. We are always eager to meet fellow BBQ fans.
